Flat Rate Shipping (Commercial Address)

If the part is delivered through our shipment, there will be no additional delivery charges. The shipping cost will be fully covered by us, making the delivery completely free of cost for you. However, if the shipment is arranged through a third-party provider, the applicable terms and charges will be as outlined below.

• Customer's delivery address must be in a commercially zoned location.
• Home businesses are NOT considered commercial addresses.
• Ship directly to your repair shop or dealership to qualify for flat rate.
• Address must be capable of receiving freight without appointment and unloading with forklift.
• Under normal circumstances, orders received within 10 - 12 days if in stock (Excluding weekends and Holidays).

Important Shipping Notes

• All shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
• We are not responsible for additional fees that carriers may charge due to re-delivery or storage.
• All engines and transmissions are inspected before shipping.
• Please inspect all parts at the time of delivery for any damage.
• Report damaged, wrong or missing parts BEFORE signing any shipping documents.
• Failure to report damages before signing places responsibility on the receiver.
